Mental Health First Aid Training – Professional Development Course
We offer accredited Mental Health First Aid training led by a Licensed MHFA Instructor.
The Mental Health First Aid Training professional development course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise and respond to signs of mental health challenges in the workplace or community. Participants will learn how to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or developing a mental health condition, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis resolves.
The Mental Health First Aid course equips adults with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to recognise, understand and respond to a friend, family member, co-worker, or another adult, experiencing a mental health problem or mental health crisis.
This course focuses on practical intervention techniques, communication strategies, and the importance of early identification and support. It also promotes self-care for those providing mental health first aid, and encourages the development of mentally healthy environments.
